Standard Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and seamless as possible. Below is our standard shipping policy to help you understand our process.


1. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following standard shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select products and locations)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and demand.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic (U.S.): We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • International: Not available at this time.

Please note that we do not currently ship to U.S. territories, freight forwarding services, or restricted areas.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. 


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, there may be delays due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays or peak seasons

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please allow an extra 3–5 business days for deliveries during high-demand periods.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at orders@aquashotgolf.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue and either process a replacement or issue a refund if necessary.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If an address error is detected before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.


8. Signature Requirement

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the value of the items in the order or the delivery location. If a signature is required, the carrier will leave a notification if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
